More Together is the name given to a programme of physical wellbeing events managed by a number of leading businesses in Hull including: Smith & Nephew, BP, BAE Systems, Cranswick PLC, Arco, KCOM and now Gosschalks. Using our collective resources we plan to provide 3 events for our staff throughout 2018. The aim is to get fit, stay healthy and raise funds for a local charity.
Re-live your past glories on the pitch and recount tales of the trials with Pro clubs you probably never had when you get to the pub afterwards. Monday night kickabouts and client fixtures galore.
Lunchtime walk club
We have started putting together some walks for those of you who are keen to start getting some fresh air on a lunchtime. We will continue to add to these but if you would like to have a go at creating a route yourself please get in touch!
Hull parkrun is a 5k run - it's you against the clock. Hull parkrun takes place each Saturday. It's free but please register before your first run. Jamie Rhodes is on hand to assist with helping you get started and to provide useful hints and tips to get the best from your participation.
East Riding Gym Memberships
As employees of Gosschalks we are entitled to a corporate membership at East Riding Leisure. Corporate membership is £25 per month which entitles you to all the benefits that a Premier member has but at a discounted rate of over 25%. Just take along your wage slip to prove that you work here!
They offer a wide range of exercise classes alongside their health suites, swimming pools and sauna cabins. There are 10 leisure centers in the East Riding and membership includes access to any of them at any time.

Fancy a go at Yoga..... or perhaps you can come along and show off your skills and give some advice....
Yoga sessions will be running every Wednesday lunchtime in the training room on 4th floor from 12.40pm for approximately 30 minutes - just bring along a towel!

Wind down after a day in the office and work off a few calories along the way with Monday Night Bootcamp starting from 17.15 until 18.00 just in Queens Gardens.
