Step Jockey Staircase Challenge
Burn calories by taking the stairs
We've teamed up with corporate health providers, Step Jockey to provide an incentive to use the stairs more often. We've stuck up some signage on the central staircase with QR Codes - you can download the Step Jockey App for your phone ans scan the poster each time you pass to record your efforts and compete In the Gosschalks stairclimbing championship.

Maintaining health and focus
We all know the benefits of staying hydrated. That's why we've installed coolers throughout the office in the hope that it will encourage you to drink more water throughout the day. Look out for the posters throughout the building to remind you of the benefits.
Training room Meditation
Take time out at lunch
Potential Idea: The training room on 4th floor will be transformed into a meditation suite for half an hour on Tuesday each week. Sessions will be run via video on the big screen.
